LEGAL OWNERSHIP OF ESTATE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 9, 2016, a Petition for Decree of Sole Legal Ownership of the Name and Estate of “ERIC JON PHELPS” was filed in the Court of Common Pleas requesting an Order decreeing Eric Jon Phelps to be the Sole Trustee for the Name and Estate of “ERIC JON PHELPS.” The Court has fixed the 15^th day of November, 2016, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the Lebanon County Courthouse as the time and place for the hearing of said petition when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted.
