NOTICE is hereby given that on June 19, 2018, a petition for change of name was filed in the Court of Common Pleas requesting a decree to change the name of ANTHONY MARK LOSER to ANTHONY MARK LOZAR. The Court has fixed the 20th day of August, 2018, at 1:30 o’clock P.M. at Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas, located at 400 South Eighth Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042, as the time and place for the hearing on said petition when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
