Roerig Revocable Trust, has commenced a legal action against you to transfer the title to a 1999 Titan Mobile Home, bearing a Vehicle Identification Number of 1999514040AB, to the Francis J. Roerig Revocable Trust, pursuant to an Agreement of Sale dated August 25, 2005, for real estate and all improvements thereon located at 366 Tremont Road, Pine Grove, PA, 17963. The petition also requests that the lien be removed from the mobile home title.
