Northern Lebanon County Authority with a registered office located at 400 Jonestown Road, Jonestown, PA, intends to file Articles of Amendment with the secretary of the Commonwealth pursuant to the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act, 53 Pa.C.S.A.§5601, et seq. The Articles of Amendment shall extend the term of existence of the North Lebanon County Authority through December 31, 2060. Northern Lebanon County Authority intends to file the Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of the Commonwealth on the 7^th day of June, 2012.
