Notice is hereby given that the Petition of Jennifer Rose Swonger was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County (Case No. 2025-CV-0664), requesting a decree to change her name.

ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LANCASTER-LEBANON JOINT AUTHORITY,

with its principal or registered office at 1020 Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601, pursuant to

the Municipal Authorities Act, as amended, 53 Pa.C.S.A. §5605, intends to file Articles of

Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of

Pennsylvania on or about July 15, 2025.

     The proposed amendment provides that the term of existence of the Authority shall

extend to May 1, 2075.
