NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of The Guild, a PA

Domestic Nonprofit Corporation, with a registered office at 816 Cumberland St.

Lebanon, PA 17042, have approved a proposal that the corporation voluntarily dissolve,

and the Board of Directors is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the

corporation under the provisions of Section 5971 of the PA Nonprofit Corporation Law of

1988, as amended. A claim must be presented in writing and must contain sufficient

information reasonably to inform the corporation of the identity of the claimant and the

substance of the claim. The mailing address to which claim must be sent is 547 S. 10th

participate or intervene in any political campaign (including the publishing or distribution
