NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE LEBANON COUNTY TAX CLAIM BUREAU that on October 30, 2023 after petition and hearing, the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County has ordered that the properties listed below which remain unsold after the Real Estate Tax Sale was held on September 11, 2023, as previously advertised in the Lebanon Daily News, the Merchandisers, and the Lebanon County Legal Journal on August 9, 2023, will be sold at public auction at 5:00 P.M., December 11, 2023 in the auditorium of the Municipal Building, 400 South 8th Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania. These properties will be sold free and clear of all taxes, as well as all municipal claims, mortgages, liens, and charges of whatever kind to the highest bidder. (CAUTION TO ALL BUYERS: A SIXTY YEAR TITLE SEARCH HAS BEEN COMPLETED IN ORDER TO NOTIFY ALL LIEN HOLDERS OF THE SALE, AND THE DATE OF THE HEARING TO WHICH THEY MAY OBJECT TO THE SALE. ANY ADDITIONAL LIENS PUT ON RECORD, BUT NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL SEARCH, MAY BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER). This sale is final and there will be NO REDEMPTION PERIOD after the date of sale. The minimum acceptable bid will be as individually listed below. If any property does not receive the minimum acceptable bid, it shall be placed in a category to be termed REPOSITORY FOR UNSOLD PROPERTIES. A list of properties in this category shall be available during normal office hours to any member of the public, within ten days of the date of the Judicial Sale. No property will be sold out of the repository until this list is available. ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS MUST PRE-REGISTER NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 27, 2023. TERMS OF SALE: All payments shall be made in cash or check subject to approval by the Tax Claim Bureau, payable in full at the time the property is struck down.
