AMENDMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cleona Borough Authority has adopted a Resolution to amend its Articles of Incorporation, and the Borough of Cleona, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania has adopted an Ordinance to amend the Articles of Incorporation of the Cleona Borough Authority under the provisions of 53 Pa. C.S.A. §5603. The Ordinance and the Resolution amends the Articles of Incorporation as follows: To amend the powers provisions to authorize the Authority to undertake storm water planning, management, assessing data requirements, engage in all phases of the MS-4 requirements, receiving and providing funding for all operations, including construction, maintenance and testing, providing for the establishment of a billing system and the establishment of a rate structure to pay costs of the program and to engage in all other activities authorized under the Municipal Authorities Act, 53 Pa. C.S.A. §5601 et seq.; and to amend the Articles of incorporation to extend the life of the Authority to April 30, 2063. The Articles of Amendment will be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth on October 22, 2014.
