Plaintiff has requested that the Court enter an Order declaring that the Plaintiff has title to certain property described in the Complaint free and clear of any claims or interest by anyone and enjoining Defendants from impeaching denying or in any way attaching Plaintiffs title to said premises. These premises are located in the Borough of Palmyra, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and is known as 117-119 North Railroad Street, Palmyra,

Pennsylvania, which David P. Rhine is the owner of record by Deed of conveyance from Gerald J. Brinser, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of George E. Funk, dated September 2, 2015 and recorded September 3, 2015 in the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds Office in Record Book 2214, Page 1344.

 

The Complaint further recites that the Plaintiff and his predecessors in title have been in actual, continuous, exclusive, visible, notorious, distinct and hostile possession for over fifty-one (51) years of the said tract of land under the claim of fee simple title.

 

If you wish to defend against the claims set forth in the Complaint, you must enter a written appearance personally, or by any attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this Notice.
