YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition to Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights has been filed against you, asking the Court to terminate all rights you have to your child, Baby Girl Cramer a/k/a Ruby Madelyn Cramer, born July 11, 2014. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held in Courtroom No. 6 (Orphans’ Court Room) on the third floor of the Lancaster County Court House, situated at 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA, said hearing to be held on January 8, 2015 at 9:40 a.m. If you do not appear at this hearing, the court may decide that you are not interested in retaining your rights to your child and your failure to appear may affect the Court’s decision on whether to end your rights to your child. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you, and your rights to your child may be ended by the Court without your being present.

NOTICE OF INVOLUNTARY TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE TITLE

IN RE: MHC TT, INC.’S PETITION FOR INVOLUNTARY TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE

TITLE, Docket No. 2014-01952.

 

MHC TT, Inc. has in its possession at 493 S. Mt. Pleasant Road, Lebanon PA 17042, a certain motor vehicle identified as follows: 1996 Forest River Trailer VIN: 4X4TURST4V A003046. It does not have a registration plate number.

MHC TT, Inc. has filed a Petition for the Involuntary Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title for the aforementioned motor vehicle. The nature of the action is that MHC TT, Inc. asserts ownership of the motor vehicle because MHC TT, Inc.’s predecessor purchased the vehicle in 2006 and received a Certificate of Origin for the Motor Vehicle, but the Certificate was lost prior to being able to obtain a motor vehicle title. For a complete description of the nature of the action, please see the Petition on file at the docket number listed above with the Lebanon County Prothonotary. On November 5, 2014, the Court issued a Rule upon any interested party returnable within twenty (20) days after the date of this publication, to show cause why MHC TT, Inc. is not entitled to the relief requested.
