That hearing will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Charles T. Jones in Courtroom 4 of the

Lebanon County Municipal Building, 400 S. 8th Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the Court without your being present.
