Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

A Petition has been filed asking the Court to put an end to all rights you have to your child, Baby S, who was born 7/14/2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending rights to your child. That hearing will be held in the Courtroom No. 6, Third Floor, Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on December 23, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. before The Honorable Jay Hoberg. Your presence is required at the hearing.

You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the Court without your being present.
