LEBANON COUNTY JUDICIAL SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE LEBANON COUNTY TAX CLAIM BUREAU that on November 30, 2015 after petition and hearing, the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County has ordered that the properties listed below which remain unsold after the Real Estate Tax Sale was held on September 14, 2015, as previously advertised in the Merchandisers, Lebanon County Legal Journal, and the Daily News on August 5, 2015, will be sold at public auction at 6:00 P.M., December 21, 2015 in the auditorium of the Municipal Building, 400 South 8th Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania. These properties will be sold free and clear of all taxes, as well as all municipal claims, mortgages, liens and charges of whatever kind to the highest bidder. (CAUTION TO ALL BUYERS: A SIXTY YEAR TITLE SEARCH HAS BEEN COMPLETED IN ORDER TO NOTIFY ALL LIEN HOLDERS OF THE SALE, AND THE DATE OF THE HEARING TO WHICH THEY MAY OBJECT TO THE SALE.
