To: Unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of the estate of Paul K. Kreider and Edna P. Kreider, deceased, and their successors in title, heirs, personal representatives or assigns, or any unknown persons having or claiming an apparent interest in said premises.
Take notice that on September 27, 2012, Michael G. Hershey and Shelly L. Hershey, filed a complaint in an action to Quiet Title in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, to No. 2012-01838, setting forth that they are the owners of premises situate in the Borough of Cleona, Lebanon County, PA, more specifically described as follows.
Tract No. 1 – Beginning at a point at the northeast corner of Morningside Avenue, along a 12-foot unopened, unnamed alley; thence in a northerly direction along the east side of Morningside Avenue, north 9 degrees 45 minutes west, a distance of 50 feet to a point along the east side of Morningside Avenue; thence in an eastwardly direction along lands of the Plaintiffs, north 80 degrees 36 minutes east, a distance of 120 feet to the west side of an unopened, unnamed alley; then in a southerly direction, south 9 degrees 45 minutes east, along the west side of said alley, a distance of 50 feet to a point at the intersection of the last mentioned alley with the first mentioned alley; thence along the north side of said first mentioned alley, south 80 degrees 36 minutes west, a distance of 120 feet to the east side of Morningside Avenue, the place of beginning. Being Lots 133, 134 and the southern half of 135, as shown on the plan of William A. Forry, Addition to the Borough of East Cleona, as recorded in Plan Book No. 1, at Page 43.
Tract No. 2 – Beginning at a point on the east side of Morningside Avenue, said point being about 91.7 feet north from the north side of a 12 foot wide alley; thence along the east side of Morningside Avenue, north 10 feet to a point; thence along the north side of the southern half of Lot No. 137, now or late of Plaintiff, east 120 feet to a point; thence along the west side of an alley, 10 feet to a point; thence along the middle of Lot No. 137, west 120 feet to a point, the place of beginning. Being the northern half of Lot 137, as shown in the plan of William A. Forry, Addition to the Borough of East Cleona, as recorded in Plan Book No. 1, at page 43.
The complaint recites that the Plaintiffs. And their predecessors in title have been in actual, open, visible, continued, notorious, hostile and adverse possession to the total exclusion of all other individuals for a period of more than twenty-one (21) years under the claim of fee simple title.
