TAKE NOTICE that on the 6th day of March 2019, Deborah A. Trostle, Executrix of the Anastasia A. Bennett Estate, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in Action to Quiet Title in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, seeking to determine the true ownership of a certain parcel of real estate located in Jackson Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, known 103 Quarry Drive, Myerstown, PA 17067, UPI number 23-2374030-382732-0000 (Property).

 

 

The Complaint states the William L. Bennett and Anastasia Bennett, husband and wife, acquired title to the Property on February 1, 1983. The Complaint then states that on February 17, 1997, William L. Bennett and Anastasia Bennett conveyed title to the Property by a quit claim deed to themselves as Trustees of the William L. Bennett and Anastasia Bennett Trust. The Complaint further states that despite a diligent search, no copy of the William L. Bennett and Anastasia Bennett Trust can be found. The Complaint also states that both William L. Bennett and Anastasia Bennett have passed away, leaving no known Trustee(s) to the administer and manage the alleged trust and the Property, nor no known beneficiaries of the alleged trust to receive the Property. The Complaint seeks to have the deed conveying the property to the trust declared invalid and void due to the lack of a trust document, and to reinstate ownership of the Property to William L. Bennett and Anastasia Bennett.

 

IF WISH TO DEFEND and/or claim an interest in all or any portion of the Property, you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court within thirty (30) days of March 20, 2019, the last date of publication of this Notice.
