Nature of action: This is a court proceeding requesting that the court enter an order declaring that the name of the above-named individual be changed from ELIJAH BOUCHER to ELIJAH JEAN. The hearing in this Petition has been scheduled to take place on July 10, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in Courtroom 2 of the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas, located at 400 South Eighth Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042.
