PETITION TO OBTAIN OWNERSHIP

 

NOTICE TO ALL WITH AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT P. SUMMERS:

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fulton Bank, N.A., Executor of the estate of James R. Vial, petitions the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, PA, to obtain ownership of the following motor vehicle: 1965 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, bearing Vehicle Identification number 65M15657, which title was last issued to Robert P. Summers on May 31, 1972. The said Robert P. Summers died on December 5, 2013.

 

A rule has been issued on August 28, 2014 by the Honorable Samuel A. Kline, Judge of the Several Courts of Lebanon County, PA at Orphans Court Division Action No. 2014-00217, ordering that anyone with any interest in the estate of Robert P. Summers shall file an answer to the petition to transfer ownership in lieu of a certificate of title within fourteen (14) days of the last day of advertisement and show cause, if any, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.

 

A hearing will be held in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, PA, in Courtroom No. 2, before the Honorable Samuel Kline, Judge of the Several Courts of Lebanon County, PA, on the 21^st day of October, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. at the Lebanon County Municipal Building located at 400 South Eighth Street, Lebanon PA, on the third floor. All persons interested may appear and show cause, if any, why the prayers of said petition should not be granted.
