PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AFFILIATION

 TAKE NOTICE that on or about August 26, 2015 WellSpan Health filed a Petition for Approval of Proposed Affiliation and to Confirm the Non-Diversion of Charitable Assets with the Lebanon County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Orphans’ Court Division in connection with a proposed affiliation with Philhaven. The Court has issued a Rule that is returnable twenty days after the date of service by publication, by which date all persons interested may show cause, if any they have, why the requested relief should not be granted. If no responses are filed by the Rule returnable date, WellSpan shall file a motion to make the Rule absolute, whereupon the Court will grant the relief requested in the Petition.
