JOSE NICANOR COLON and LUIS ANGEL TORRES-FIGUEROA, you have been sued in the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas by MITCHELL RIDER for Battery. This claim arose from an incident, on or about July 31, 2020, at the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant located at 1505 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, in which JOSE NICANOR COLON and LUIS ANGEL TORRES-FIGUEROA physically hit Mitchell Rider causing physical injury. Plaintiff is seeking a judgment against the Defendants in an amount in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) plus interest and costs of suit.
