These premises are located in North Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, and comprise a 0.279 triangular tract situate  along the northern right of way line of North 22^nd Street along lands of William W. Smeltzer and Nancy J. Smeltzer and continues along West Maple Street, which tract is referenced in the Lebanon County Assessment Office as 27-2330605-373430-000.
