     A Hearing on the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of Zachary W. Simone to the minor child A.W.S. is hereby scheduled for August 27, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. in Courtroom No. 1, before the Honorable President Judge Tylwalk, at the Lebanon County Courthouse.

     To Zachary W. Simone, natural Father of A.W.S., a Petition has been filed asking the Court to put an end all rights you have to your child. The Court has set a Hearing date to consider involuntarily ending your rights you have to your child. The Hearing will be held on the 27th day of August, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. in Courtroom No. 1, before the Honorable Judge Tylwalk, at the Lebanon County Courthouse, 400 South Eighth Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, 17042. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled Hearing, the Hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the Court without you being present.
