COMPLAINT NOTICE

 

TO DEFENDANTS, take notice that on April 19, 2023, Timothy E. Shuey and

Debra A. Shuey, husband and wife, filed a Complaint in an Action to Quiet Title in the

Court of Common Pleas as set forth above, setting forth that they are the owners of a

premises known as 30 Bohns Lane, Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania 17038, and

more specifically described as follows:

 

BEGINNING at an iron pin on the line of lands now or late of Eugene Mease;

thence along Interstate No. 81, North 06 degrees West, a distance of 495 feet, more or less,

to an iron pin; thence in and along Legislative Route #38049 and lands now or late of

Francis W. Ditzler, Jr. and Dorothy H. Ditzler, North 75 degrees East, a distance of 792

feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence along Pennsylvania Route 72, South 24 degrees

East, a distance of 470 feet, more or less, to a point, corner of lands now or late of Eugene

Mease; thence along said lands now or late of Eugene Mease, South 72.5 degrees West, a

distance of 920 feet, more or less to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.

 

The Complaint recites that the Plaintiffs and their predecessors in title purchased

the property under and subject to restrictions established by Harvey Bohn, which run with

the land, and restrictions being further described in Paragraph 11 of the Complaint filed to

this action, term and number. Plaintiffs are seeking this Honorable Court to grand a Decree

that the title to the above referenced property is free and clear of the restrictions as

references above, and to enjoin the Defendants’, their heirs, successors and assigns from

setting up any title or interest to said premises, and from impeaching, denying or in any

way attaching Plaintiffs’ title to said property or seeking to enforce said restrictions.
