Notice is hereby given that on October 19, 2026, a petition for change of name was filed in the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas, requesting a decree to change the name of Amanda Thuy Pham to AJ Thuy Pham. The Court has fixed Dec 3, 2026, at 10:30 AM in Courtroom #1, The Court of Common Pleas, 400 S. 8^th St., Lebanon, PA, 17042, as the time and place for the hearing on said petition when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted.
