A Petition for Special Relief has been filed against you, by Brandy M. Stone, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County docketed to No. 2017-20820. This Petition requests that a court order be entered enabling Brandy M. Stone to sign all documents necessary to effectuate the sale of 100 North Railroad Street, Palmyra, Pennsylvania without joinder or consent by you,

for the gross selling price of $120,000.  As such, you Christopher D. Day, are hereby notified that if you wish to oppose the proposed sale of 100 North Railroad Street, Palmyra, Pennsylvania, for the gross selling price of $120,000, you are required to appear, either in person or by a legal representative, at a hearing to be held on March 30, 2020 at 8:30a.m.  in Courtroom #3 of the Lebanon County Courthouse, 400 South Eighth Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania to oppose this Petition.
